Serik's Bunker is a small structure located in the Glacial Basin. It is presumably a hideout for Serik Jevov. On a bed in the bunker is the Colleague PDA that Serik Jevov abandoned. A Supply Crate can be found in the top left of the bunker, containing Snow Stalker Fur.
